The hotel offers a scenic view of the sea, but the rooms are a bit small and could use some updating. The owner's service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the stay welcoming and pleasant. The location is excellent for exploring nearby attractions, although it would be perfect with better weather. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with a beautiful sea view from my upgraded room, but it got a bit warm at times. The service was truly exceptional, with friendly staff creating a welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect, right between Blackpool Pleasure Beach and the tower. The dining experience was mostly top-notch, although it took a bit long to be served. Overall, a great value for the price paid.

My room was clean and offered a beautiful view of the seafront from my bed. I asked for an upgrade for a small fee, and it was definitely worth it, although it could get a bit stifling at night when the sun had been on it all day even with the blind closed.
